An original short film.

Written and created by ESA Productions, The Border is a short film set in a post-apocalyptic England, where floods in the South have forced large quantities of immigration up to the North. It is meant to highlight how small glimpses of humanity can still shine through, even in situations which would promote increasingly selfish behaviour. Our role in this production included cutting, sound design and graphical/titling work. The post production stage of this short lasted around two months, with most of our work coming in the offline period of editing. Away from the watchful eyes of directors and producers, we submitted the assembly cut in just over a week. Over the next month or so, we built upon this first attempt and submitted three more cuts until we reached something that we were happy with.
